Do articles auto-publish to my store?
+
No. Every hub, spoke, PDP edit, press release, and 301 redirect is drafted and queued for your review. Nothing reaches your storefront, or your domain authority, until you approve it.
How is this different from Yoast, RankMath, or generic AI blog tools?
+
Yoast/RankMath are checklists. Generic AI blog tools dump unlinked articles. Rankmore is a full campaign engine: real keyword research, hub-and-spoke architecture, atomic PDP edits, internal-link rebalancing, press distribution, and a measured Day-30 ranking report. All native to the Shopify admin.
Do I need Rankmore Pro to use Rankmore?
+
No separate Pro subscription. Every plan (Starter / Growth / Unlimited) includes daily keyword tracking, AI engine visibility, Smart Linking, and broken-link auto-redirects. One number per month covers everything.
Which AI models do you use?
+
Anthropic Claude (Sonnet 4.6 for content, Haiku for cheap helpers), Google Gemini (hero images), OpenAI (image fallback), Voyage AI (embeddings for Smart Linking). All API calls run server-side; your store data is never used to train models.
What permissions do you request from Shopify?
+
read_products, write_products (for PDP edits you approve), read_content, write_content (for blog articles you approve). Four scopes, that's it. No customer, order, theme, or storefront/checkout data is requested. Homepage discoverability for new articles ships as a theme app extension you add from the theme editor's "Add section" panel — we never write to your theme files. 301 redirects from the broken-link checker are installed by you in Shopify's URL redirects manager (we surface a deep link + the from/to URLs).
Do you store my customer or order data?
+
No. We never request access to customers, orders, or PII. Rankmore only reads/writes products, blog articles, and redirects, and only after your explicit approval per change.
What if a campaign doesn't move my rankings?
+
The Day-30 report is honest: pass or fail, with the position deltas in writing. If the campaign demonstrably failed against the original keyword target and you followed the recommended approval flow, contact support@rankmore.app within 14 days for a credit.
Can I uninstall and keep my published articles?
+
Yes. All published content lives in your Shopify store as native blog articles and product fields. Uninstalling Rankmore removes our data per Shopify's GDPR webhooks but never touches your store content.
